Returns/ Exchange/ Cancellation/ Shipping Costs Policy

The table below describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by Zahabz. FOR ONLINE ORDERS

RETURNS & EXCHANGE APPLICABLE CONDITION ACTION
All Products Return & Exchange due to size issues only can be done within days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused.
DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. 


To be eligible for the return of a damaged good, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zahabz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ALTERED PRODUCTS No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 100 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order
REVERSE PICKUP - SHIPPING COSTS
Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.
In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery i.e INR 200 )
"Multiple exchanges" refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) (even if the products were purchased in one single order).
